Payments are made by Credit Card. Billing occurs at 15 days unless KDNA is notified and account is closed during this free trial period. Credit card is billed for the annual premium. Account can be terminated at the end of the annual period with 30 days prior notice.
Monthly Payment Plan
Payments are made by Credit Card. Billing starts after 15 days unless KDNA is notified and account is closed during the free trial period. Credit card is billed monthly thereafter and can be terminated at any time with 30 days prior notice.
Pricing
KDNA’s goal is to be open and available to the largest number of people possible. Pricing supports only a small number of Named Users.
KDNA includes a few onsite ads and ads in emails to support use and access by Anonymous Users and External Guests.
Definitions
Named Users
Named Users have full access to their KDNA™ site and can start Discussions, To Dos, Projects and Tasks.
Their name will show in all Non Anonymous Discussions and in all To Dos, Projects and Tasks.
If one or more Anonymous Users are present in a KDNA Discussion their Comments will also be identified as "Anonymous", unless they are a group leader.
Group Leaders
Group Leaders are a special type of Named User who utilize the KDNA Client Sales Accelerator™ Module to communicate with large numbers of clients.
When one or more Anonymous Users are present in a KDNA Discussion the Discussion becomes Anonymous, and the only Real Name the Discussion will post is that of the Group Leader(s).
To protect identities in Anonymous Discussion Forums, all KDNA Named Users who do not have Group Leader Status, all Anonymous Users, and all Guests, will simply have their Comments identified as "Anonymous".
Anonymous Clients
Anonymous Clients are current Clients or Centers of Influence who are invited to join a KDNA Discussion or "2-Way Email Forum".
Their participation will be shown as "Anonymous" both in Emails and in the Online Discussions.
When an Anonymous Client posts a comment via email or online, the Group Leader moderating that Discussion must review and approve the comment before it gets sent out to be seen by others.
Only Group Leaders can see the actual identify of the Anonymous participants.
External Guests
External Guests can be anybody with an email address.
They do not have direct access to the KDNA Website.
They can be added at any time to any Discussion, To Do, Project or Task. This can be done through the web site or through email.
They receive the Threaded Email communication; can participate via email; and review all comments and documents of the Thread though email.
Email Groups
Email Groups are pre-set email distribution groups that can be applied to any Discussion, To Do, Project or Task.
Named Users, Producers, and Anonymous Users can all be part of a Group.
Groups are a quick and powerful way to start Single Threaded Discussions via email.
