Do I have to install software?
There is no software to install. KDNA is web-based. It simply uses your email and web browser.
How many Cross-Selling Clients can I add?
You can add up to 2,000 Clients per Producer. They use KDNA for free (Ads help support their use).
Do my Clients' comments remain anonymous?
Yes, KDNA automatically shows all Client User Names, both Onsite and in Emails, as "Anonymous".
Can I preview Clients' comments before making them public?
Yes, KDNA automatically puts their comment in a holding bin and sends you an email to view their question before approving.
How many Outside Users can I add?
You can add a large number of "Guests" who participate in KDNA Threads but cannot access the database. They use KDNA for free (Ads help support their use).
How many emails can I send out each month?
There is no limit to the number of emails that can be sent each month. There are no extra fees.
How easy is it to start or reply to a KDNA Email Thread, To Do or Task Email Alert?
You can easily start, reply to and update any KDNA To Do Alert using your current email browser.
Can I add color and edit my text when online?
Yes, KDNA has a rich text editor that gives you many of the same features as in Microsoft Word.
How do I input email addresses?
KDNA imports from Outlook, ACT, etc. as a standard CSV excel file. You can also import Address, City, State and Phone number. Add your email addresses in minutes.
How secure is the server environment?
KDNA servers are located in one of the top 12 hosting facilities in the United States. Disney and ATT locate their servers there as well.
Does KDNA replace email?
No, it works with your current email system. KDNA captures group emails that are already circulating, organizing them into Master Records of communication. Companies do not lose their regular email. KDNA organizes them into much more effective business communication.
